Generally, there many ways of developing your communication skills. I have collected some ways of developing your communication skills. Five necessary means are explained below.

Firstly, develop the attitude of reading. Reading does not only enlighten your ideas, it does also help you learn new vocabularies. It means the more you read the more you gain extra language vocabularies and usages,

Secondly, practice public speaking while expressing an idea among many people. Communicating publically boost your confidence. The public speakers are known in expressing their ideas confidently. This is a big milestone towards communication skills.

Third, try to use formal language. While communicating, some people use slangs, jargons and other informal language formats. This is limited for a group of people and does not help the students who need to develop their communication abilities. If you need to communicate and be understood, confidence and many vocabularies are not enough. Use formal language expression.

Fourth, listen to different podcasts, broadcasts or audios of the language through which you need to communicate. This can help you do be familiar with different people’s accent. Hence, help you to communicate effectively.

Finally yet importantly, learn people’s psychology. Knowing language is not enough if you do not know what, when and how to communicate. The students in this century need skills of accessing online materials, doing online transactions, attending online courses and effective use of social media platforms.

2. Critical thinking

Student’s community and society in general share different problems which can be solved in many ways including discussion. Through discussion, people (students) use their critical thinking to come up with the possible options to handle problems. Critical thinking is developed in many ways involving observation, research and debate.

Debate is one of the types of discussion that consist of people who argue on a motion by having proposition and opposition points, with the aim of discovering the different effective ideas, which can be promoted to solve the problems the society, is facing. Students debate, observe and do research to harness their critical thinking.

4. Problem solving

Not only adults meet life problems and challenges but also students do. These problems include, lack of basic needs including food and clothes, insufficient school materials, walking long distance to school, and many others. By this, students need courage and aspiration to work by respecting each and every income generating activity, and doing small businesses in order that they get the money to support them in need.

Though older people struggle with saving culture, the students need to develop it much. Saving help a person to meet future investment and problem solving. A problem solver, a good communicator, eloquent person is worth leading. Specifically, leadership starts from having discipline. As long as world needs leaders, as a student, you need to add other qualities and skills of a good leader; like time management listening, critical listening, discipline, addressing problems appropriately.

7. Teamwork skills;

Tomorrow’s leaders are merely required to work collaboratively with others, which implies that they have the teamwork spirit. TEAM acronym: means Together Everyone Achieve More. 8. Giving Back skills:
